How to Use CBBE Presets in Fallout 4
CBBE stands for Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer, a mod that allows you to customize the appearance of your character's body in Fallout 4. CBBE comes with a tool called BodySlide, which lets you adjust various sliders to create your own body shape. You can also use presets made by other users, which are files that contain predefined settings for the sliders.
In this article, I will show you how to use CBBE presets in Fallout 4, using the Nexus Mods website as an example. Nexus Mods is a popular site that hosts thousands of mods for various games, including Fallout 4. You can find many CBBE presets on Nexus Mods, such as Karma CBBE BodySlide preset by Raever or Natural Athletic CBBE preset by Ascendia.
Step 1: Install CBBE and BodySlide
Before you can use any CBBE presets, you need to install CBBE and BodySlide first. You can download them from Nexus Mods using the links below:

BodySlide and Outfit Studio by Ousnius and Caliente
You can use a mod manager like Vortex or NMM to install them, or manually copy the files to your Fallout 4 data folder. Make sure to follow the instructions on the mod pages and enable them in your load order.
Step 2: Download and Install a CBBE Preset
Next, you need to download and install a CBBE preset that you like. You can browse the Character Presets category on Nexus Mods to find many options. For this example, I will use the Karma CBBE BodySlide preset by Raever, which you can download from here:

Once you have downloaded the file, you can install it using your mod manager or manually copy it to your Fallout 4 data folder. Make sure to enable it in your load order as well.
Step 3: Run BodySlide and Apply the Preset
Now that you have installed CBBE, BodySlide and a preset, you need to run BodySlide and apply the preset to your character. You can find BodySlide in your Fallout 4 data folder under Tools\\BodySlide\\BodySlide x64.exe. Run it as administrator and select Fallout 4 from the game list.
On the main window of BodySlide, you will see two tabs: Outfit/Body and Preset. On the Outfit/Body tab, you can select which outfit or body you want to modify. For this example, I will choose CBBE Body (Physics) from the drop-down menu. On the Preset tab, you can select which preset you want to use. For this example, I will choose Karma from the drop-down menu.
You will see the sliders change according to the preset settings. You can also adjust them manually if you want to tweak some aspects of the body shape. You can preview the changes on the right side of the window by rotating or zooming in on the model.
Once you are happy with the result, click on Build at the bottom of the window. This will apply the changes to your character's body in-game. You can also click on Batch Build if you want to apply the same preset to multiple outfits or bodies at once.
Step 4: Enjoy Your New Look
Now you can launch Fallout 4 and enjoy your new look. You can also change your preset anytime by running BodySlide again and selecting a different one. You can also create your own presets by saving your slider settings using the Save As button on the Preset tab.
